1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Guest:

    • Flexible Reservations: If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund.
    • Moderate Reservations: If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before the check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
    • Strict Reservations: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation by Appytm:

    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will also assist you in finding alternative accommodations.

2. Early Departure

  • If you choose to leave the property before the end of your booked stay, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your reservation.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be non-refundable.

4. Property Issues and Refunds

  • Reporting Issues: If you encounter any issues with the property upon arrival or during your stay, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Refund Eligibility: If the issue cannot be resolved and significantly affects your stay, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the issue.

5. Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your booking details and the reason for your request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where a partial refund is issued, the amount will be prorated based on the number of days affected by the issue.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to service fees, cleaning fees, and any additional charges for special requests or amenities.

7. Changes to Your Reservation

  • Modifications: If you need to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates, upgrade property), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Refunds for Modifications: If your modification results in a lower total cost, we will refund the difference according to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of the modification request.

8. Force Majeure

  • Appytm is not liable for refunds or compensation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your stay or provide alternative solutions.
